Ordered a load of parts from Neil at Mitzybitz, new cylinder head, belts, gaskets etc. Arrived really quickly and well packed. I did encounter an issue with one of the oarts, but I contacted Neil and he was most helpful.and apologetic and we sorted things out very quickly. All the parts seemed really good and a good price and the truck is now up and running beautifully. The customer service from Neil.was exemplary I cannot praise the company enough. I know where I will be buying any parts from in the future. Thank you!

Ordered an ABS sensor from the website which was supposed to fit my vehicle. When I went to fit it I discovered it was the wrong one. When I contacted them by phone I was told immediately by the person 'I can see you didnt contact us before ordering' I was then told that I could return it but I would have to pay the postage and pay a restocking fee! Then they told me that the correct sensor for my vehicle is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in stock. So all things considered a complete waste of time and money. Its not worth the hassle of returning the wrong sensor so I'll just bin it! IF YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO USE THIS COMPANY THEN DON'T RELY ON THE WEBSITE TO GIVE YOU THE CORRECT PART

I purchased from them via ebay ... The item arrived quickly, but when I discovered it was the wrong part, everything went downhill. Despite 2 separate compatibility tables on their page showing it was correct the seller blamed me for not emailing them first! On return they withheld part of my payment, citing a 20% “restocking fee”, which is not legally enforceable under UK consumer law. When challenged, they claimed I had “entered a contract” simply by purchasing — also not true. Overall, an extremely frustrating experience. If the wrong part arrives, be prepared for a battle. I would strongly recommend avoiding this seller.

Ordered a abs sensor of the website using the registration of the vehicle. Sensor turned up and didn’t even fit in the whole , once I cleaned the terrible casting up on the plastic I tested the sensor to which it didn’t read anything below 20mph. Spoke to them on the phone and they said their website was wrong and I needed a different sensor, but they couldn’t take the current one back because I cleaned the cast marks up . I ordered the sensor they suggested and again it didn’t fit correctly in the whole so had to clean it up again , after this on a test the sensor Dosent read anything atall . Called them and explained the situation to which they said they won’t send me a new sensor that will work and I can return the ones I have if I like . A complete waste of time company

Got let down by a major windscreen repair/replacement company that were full of promises and pie crust, I’ve had a few bits off these guys for my vehicle and appreciate parts are getting hard to find but thought I’d try them for this …and would you know it…replacement window in about 4 hrs!
Less cost than the wasters were quoting!

I can’t fault these guys, and it ain’t just about cheaper parts, it’s about parts you maybe can’t get!

A rough bunch😂 (I say that affectionately) but they know their stuff and want to give good service, something sadly missing from the industry these days, they trade internationally and have a good pool of aftermarket service item suppliers.
Can’t fault em.

Called about a banjo bolt, a huge mix up with the post office deliveries and mixed communication was not the fault of Mitzybitz.
It is very frustrating, but just a follow up, but I do understand that if you post something, you assume it would arrive. .

I bought a radiator, which arrived quickly and fit perfectly. We have an imported vehicle and I found what I thought was the correct radiator, contacted MitzyBitz and gave them the VIN and they confirmed the correct one I needed. I will use them again when I next need parts!

Have ordered a couple of parts lately through mitzy bitz and cannot fault them! Amazing customer service, quick delivery, very friendly people! Highly highly recommend. Will not be buying car parts anywhere else again!!

I have used Mitzybitz.com for various new and used parts for my aging Shogun Sport and am always really impressed with the service, delivery speed and packaging. I recently bought a used part which was in better condition than the pictures did justice, well packaged and delivered really quickly - what more can you ask for. Great web site that's really well laid out and they have a great range of new and quality used parts for the older models such as mine. Keep up the great work folks.
