We apologise that we had to advise you of changes to your estimated delivery dates, and we're sorry if you did not see those notifications. There was an issue with the print file supplied for your order, and you did the right thing by bringing the quality concerns to our attention. We are still investigating the exact cause, but issues like this can sometimes occur when layers or transparency effects have not been fully flattened before export.
While we work hard to prevent problems wherever possible, printing is a complex process and occasionally things can go wrong. What we pride ourselves on is putting things right when they do. We're pleased that we were able to resolve the matter quickly for you with a refund, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address the issue.

Great print quality and helpful service as usual
I have been using Mixam for several years and I have always had a good experience. This time I printed my manga again, and I am very happy with the result. The print quality is beautiful and the books arrived at the address I had provided on time.
Their customer service was also helpful.
