Fast, Efficient & Friendly Service
I had experienced a problem my Mixx Smartwatch 1. It was in its 2nd year so returning it to the seller wasn't an option! I contacted Mixx & within a few minutes I had received an acknowledgement. Later the same day I received an email from their customer services expressing concern that I had problems, & requesting that I return the watch. Within the email was a link that enabled me to download a pre-populated free postage return label. Within 48 hours of posting, the watch had been examined, & as a result a replacement was sent.
From beginning to end, I am more than happy to say that the customer service provided was second to none. I have dealt with a number of companies over the past few years & Mixx are up with the best! Well Done.
Amazing customer support team!
I reached out to Mixx Audio regarding an issue with my earphones, which had been working perfectly and felt very comfortable until the problem suddenly arose. Despite the fact that they were a gift and I live abroad, Ben went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He arranged a replacement and even had it delivered to my friend’s house. I’m highly satisfied with both their product and customer support. Thank you, Ben!

We had excellent service. I contacted Ben from the customer service team when my watch stopped downloading my messages. He responded very quickly. After trying a few things I sent it back. It was declared faulty and I received a replacement the post the next day.

Wireless headphones
I contacted Mixxaudio regarding my wireless headphones that snapped. Ben got in touch with me immediately and offered to resolve the matter, either by repair or replacement. Even though I purchased the headphones in Boots, he still managed to solve the problem by sending me a replacement set. I am so thankful to this company.

I was given the watch as a gift and it stopped syncing to my phone. A customer service advisor, Ben, reached out quickly and tried to resolve the issue remotely. When it could not be sorted he arranged to have the watch collected and the fault was confirmed. He then offered a replacement with a newer model which I gladly accepted. Outstanding customer service and communication and so nice to have one person overseeing this from beginning to end.

I had to contact Mixx regarding a set of earphones. And I was contacted by George from Mixx almost an hour later he listened to my issue although the pair of earphones weren’t saveable he did come up with a perfectly reasonable solution and was all done and dusted in a few days.

My MIXX wireless headphones developed a fault, and even though I couldn’t find the receipt (but could provide all other details), Ben has been nothing short of amazing with the customer service support. Couple of clarifying emails and always a quick response and concise updates.
Free returns (collected 14.02.25) for a complete assessment, and an email today (17.02.25) confirming replacement to be issued.
Other companies take note - this is excellent customer service and you should follow their example!

Mixx is a great company with great products in affordable prices and beyond expectations customer services. Have had bought 2 airbuds and one smart watch by far and I definitely recommend their products as they provide good customer service too whereas some companies don’t even care.

No endless back-and-forth, no robotic responses—just pure efficiency. Every step of the way, I was kept fully informed, never once left in the dark. And then, the grand finale—a replacement unit sent (within a day of sending the old unit) out without hassle, restoring my faith in true customer service excellence.

Fantastic after sales service
Bought a multi charger just over a year ago from Tesco. Unit developed a fault in that it wouldn't charge devices via built in usb c. Contacted Mixx customer care and Ben was very helpful and agreed to replace the unit immediately. Wonderful customer care despite my not having retained the receipt. Rarely do you find such good service these days. Well done Mixx.
After sales second to none!
I lost an earbud and asked the company (MIXX} if they sold them separately. The response from Ben was immediate and although they couldn't accommodate my enquiry exactly, as they don't sell them separately, he went above and beyond to help me, and is sending me some compatible buds at no cost as they are in damaged packaging and are unsaleable. I never imagined that the service would be so swift and so caring, I was overwhelmed. Buy your items from this company, they actually care about their customers when legally they don't have to do anything to help,! 100% recommended, thank you Ben xx
Mixx Revival record player
I ordered a Mixx Revival record player as a present. When it arrived it had a fault when trying to play records. I contacted Ben and he issued me with a returns label. A replacement is on its way. 4* given as not trued the product yet, but cant fault the customer service
