Clothes I received are unwearable. Stains covering all pieces in obvious places make them unusable. I understand this was a "seconds" type box but to send out unwearable items is just a complete waste of my money. P.S. emailed you couple times about this and no response. Would appreciate returns policy...I have all items exactly as received. Happy to provide images of items.

I ordered a £40 box and what came was absolute rubbish. I have tried repeatedly to contact customer services to no prevail. I am still waiting to return the goods !!!

Disappointed, the white jumper was filthy, I’ve tried to clean it but can’t get all the marks out.

DONT BOTHER! Bought 5 piece mystery box, took 3 weeks to come and never replied when asking about delivery update and then once it did arrive there was only 3 items which again I’ve contacted them about and received no reply!

Awful. Not vintage clothing like they advertise. Second hand sports/running tops. Don't listen to the notes you leave and communication is horrendous..much better vintage stores out there, gave these a try and definitely won't be making that mistake again!

It’s clean and good condition buy it if you’re ok losing some money because if you want a certain thing just buy it yourself

Ordered 2 boxes. Took ages to receive. When finally arrived both had incorrect items/sizes in the boxes. Immediately emailed to return to a refund - one week on and I’m no further along getting the details for a return/refund. I was hoping to exchange the item but after the slow poor service will never use this company again

Horrendous experience with an even worse company! I ordered a 2 piece mystery box and I received 2 tops that were clearly extremely worn and faded, smelled of wash powder and were rubbish quality. Asked for a refund and was bombarded with a rude support team that insisted an exchange instead. Eventually they gave in and I sent the return in March and I'm still chasing for a refund nearly 2 MONTHS LATER! Ridiculous- please save your time and money.
