I had a driveway built by this firm and also my guttering and fascia's and for both jobs I got a 15 year guarantee. Be very warned, the guarantee is worthless. The driveway is adequate but after a couple of months, once some rubbish had been removed, it came to light that the guttering was not completed. A downpipe was left a couple of meters above the ground and not connected. I phone Bernard several times regarding this and every time I'd get the response that he would come the next day and sort it. It's been 9 months and I haven't seen him again! Be warned! Make sure you have fully inspected his work before paying him

This company doesn't take any responsibility for their work and the warranty they provide is not worth the paper is printed on.

I had my driveway and fence around it done by them and end up with a big crack in the driveway and wonky fence, which they refuse to repair under their warranty. They don't reply to my emails, letters, calls and when I threaten them with legal action, they laugh of me when I manage to reach them somehow on one of many call attempts. The Citizen adviser didn't helped me much either stating I need to give a change to them to fix it (5 months after all my tries). I just gave up.
