Smooth Boiler Replacement

I got quotes from different websites for a new boiler and tried the Worcester Bosch invitation to have installers contact me. Mitchell contacted me almost immediately on a Sunday evening. He wanted to see where the boiler was going. This was a good thing because he realised straight away that only the smallest boiler type would fit in the cupboard space available. The one size fits all approach of some of the websites would not have worked. The price was very good so I was glad to go with a local installer. Mitch arrived as arranged two weeks later and went to work. The previous boiler was very small so he had to cut some tiles to make room for the gas pipe to fit properly. It was all done neatly and efficiently. Very happy with the work and the service.

Very pleased with standard of work.

Very pleased with standard of work.
This was a challenging installation for a friend with Alzheimer's.
Would recommend, arrived on time, efficient installation, plus cleaned up afterwards and removed all old material.

I had a water dripping from my radiator…

I had water dripping from my radiator valve mitch came to inspect the radiator sorted the problem the next day, very fast and brilliant service I can thoroughly highly recommend this company to anybody

Great service.

I've just used Mitch from MLT for the last time as I'm currently in the process of selling my property and moving to Bristol. In 3 years of knowing him he has provided an exemplary service, put up with me messing him about on a couple of occasions and has been consistently professional, helpful and cheerful. I can recommend him without reservation - thanks for everything, Mitch!

Quick friendly polite service…

Quick friendly polite service reasonable price.only gripe was trying to get in contact in the 1st place.And, as with a lot of other people/firms etc I would like things in writing so I can keep them for future reference.Too much done on internet these days
