these guys suck, seriously i bought three bottles of mk677 and haven’t gotten a single update on my package customer service doesn’t exist their number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails horrible company id be surprised if i even get what i bought f you guys

When I opened the package, the first very unusual thing I noticed was the obvious smell of washing detergent coming from the bag where it was packed. Usually, brand new things don't smell like washing detergent, they smell like a product that is coming from the manufacture.
When I took it out, at the first look this Gi looked used, I went back on the website and checked do they sell it used or new and it appears they only sell brand new products which even made me more confused since this Gi is definitely used.
The more I started to check it, the more things I noticed. There is discoloration from washing around red string reflecting on white pants as you can see it in the attached picture. This discoloration can only happen from washing red with white material. The tag is definitely not looking like is from the brand new product as its claimed. Also, it was extremely wrinkled and it did not have strength as the brand new product made from cotton that was never used or washed before.
Thinking by logic, if this product is coming from manufacture in the UK in an original package like the gentlemen I spoke with said, according to the space in the bag there was no way to get wrinkled if it was packed in the original manufacturer.
I would expect for $147 to be brand new, to be honest.

Before sending an email I called 2 times and spoke with gentlemen that said he owes this company for 12 years and this never happened before and not just that he did not provide any customer service, his attitude was that I am wrong and even made a comment that I might wash it. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. Also, according to your FB reviews, this is not happening the first time in 12 years. Also, the gentleman told me that he will refund me money and block my account. This company is ONE BIG JOKE. Don't order from here.

Watch out for false advertising with this company. You might not get exactly what you ordered, just saying.

The shirt itself was a bad fit. It had narrow shoulders, needed to be hemmed at the bottom when it arrived due to it being about 5" longer than any comparable shirt in the same size I own, and the logos/art were already faded even still "new" in the plastic it came shipped in.

The actual company (mmaoverload.com) itself was abysmal at its best and notifications interaction were non-existent. It took this company over 4 weeks to ship my order. This was only after 2 weeks of waiting and another week and a half of trying to contact these elusive people in customer service to see why I was paying for goods I never received. No emails no confirmation numbers or anything of the sort to see where my order stood. The only thing I had was an invoice number and a bill. finally when I was finally able to get ahold of someone I was told that 1 item was on an "indefinite backorder". So, why are you advertising something you don't have? I ended up cancelling the 1 item they shipped the others, and I still ended up paying for the cancelled shirt that I still don't have 2.5 months later.

Goods shipped 2 weeks after the sale, when finally arrived it was missing items that i still havent received 4 months later, completely unable to contact them, they do not reply to any emails.

I've been addicted to MMA for years now and recently just placed my 3rd order with MMA Overload. I've always had a good experience using them. They have a lot of products to choose from and when I had to contact customer service about my shipment they were very helpful and kind. A+ will use again
