Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from enquiry to sale. Awesome bike at a great price
Allen even came in on his week off to accommodate my impatience to collect the bike. Very friendly and kind staff made me feel welcome as soon as I came in the door. I even left some documents behind in my rush and they sent them up to me with no extra charge. Absolute pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant can’t fault

I have dealt with Millenium Motorcycles before on numerous occasions not always perfect but I always felt they could be better. I have just bought a VOGE DS900X from them brand new , I can not fault the salesman Adrian or the manager Gary for the very informative help, Adrian has been the perfect salesman for me no pressure just helpful. Now the bike is blooming brilliant and for the money paid I can not recommend it enough, i have traded a BMW R1200 RT on a 16 plate which I and my wife thought it was perfect for us but due to age and a new knee I wanted something a little lighter it’s PERFECT for me . Thanks again to Adrian . Ian & Gail Antrobus

Great customer service

I've bought a few bikes from Millennium over the years and always like to have a wander round the shop in case something catches my eye, and have a bite to eat in the cafe. Took the car today which, after I'd had a walk round, decided it didn't want to start to get me home. The 4 guys working there today went above and beyond trying to start the car for me (starter motor issue) then pushing me up a steep incline to the flat and jump-starting the car. It's freezing today but they stayed and helped out until I was sorted. Great customer service, I really appreciate what they did for me today.

Selling bikes and selling stories, both in questionable condition.

Earlier this year, I enquired about a used Ducati 1098 listed as requiring an engine, offered with no warranty at a trade price of £5,000. Naturally, I asked questions about the bike’s condition, history and why it needed an engine.

Adrian initially gave a short explanation. When I followed up for clarification, the story changed. He also said, “When the bike arrived it ran ok, but I’m certain the previous customer knew of a looming issue.” It’s the dealership’s responsibility to evaluate bikes when taking them in. If they missed the issue, that’s on Millennium. Using speculation to justify selling a broken bike while shifting blame shows a lack of accountability and is unprofessional. Despite being advertised as having full service history, I was told there was none.

I began researching the bike myself. The more I looked, the more discrepancies I found. I came across video online of the same bike being sold by In2Moto, another dealership within MotoGB. Millennium denied any knowledge of it. Their story didn’t add up. What I was being told didn’t match publicly available information online and the likes of MOT and vehicle history check platforms. When I presented these inconsistencies, responses became shorter and more dismissive. Adrian’s final reply was: “someone has been very lazy, I’ve done my best and I’ll leave it with you to decide.”

I expressed my disappointment and asked to be transferred to someone else at Millennium who may help further. I also sent the enquiry back to their general email - no reply. While waiting patiently, I found an onboard video of the bike suffering more of an engine failure than Adrian described. I contacted the uploader, who confirmed they’d bought it from Millennium and returned it under warranty.

To tidy up - Millennium originally sold the bike, the engine failed, it was returned under warranty and now they’re selling it as is, while denying any prior knowledge with a fabricated story.

Even worse, the bike now looks different from the photos in the advert, raising more concerns about the accuracy of all their adverts. It seems the advert was recycled from before the engine failed, explaining the wrong mileage, missing history and inconsistencies.

I reached out two more times, presenting all the evidence I’d found - still no reply. Adrian also wasn’t even working at Millennium when he claimed the bike came in. He was at another dealership in MotoGB. Why fabricate the story? Are Millennium staff covering something up? I may be forgiven for thinking this points to a culture of deception at Millennium and possibly within MotoGB as a whole.

Adrian went silent. Also zero contact from Sales Manager Michael or General Manager Gary.

In hindsight, I’m very glad I kept everything in writing via email. At least there’s a clear record of what was said. I can’t help but wonder if that’s why they stopped replying. Once their story was challenged with facts, they vanished.

If this is the level of trust and customer care, it’s clear this dealership is not worth your time or money.

Best staff around. Welcoming and helpful

I’ve only dealt with the fellas in the clothing department upstairs and the service/parts department and there fantastic , service/parts lads really helped me out the other day when I had broken one small clip on my ninja and went in and they found a spare one I could have. same lads were really helpful when I went it to purchase a 12v power socket and enquire about booking in for a service . Been in and out of the clothing section with my little girl buying all her protective equipment and some for myself they can’t help you enough , always welcoming and my daughter loves going there, can’t recommend this place enough to anyone and they all really know there stuff and look after you, will defiantly be purchasing my next bike from them

Top class service from friendly and efficient staff

I have been using Millenium Motorcycles for a few years now and today’s visit reminded me of why I make the trip to get my bike looked after. The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble, prices are reasonable and they have a great stock of bikes, spares and kit. The mechanic who looks after my bike is top drawer, he talks to you about your bike and explains any issues. I would not go anywhere else - thank you.

Top guy Kev

Bought a Royal Enfield Hunter beauty bike. The sale person Kevin was very approachable, knew what he was talking about, extremely helpful. Pushed for my bike to be ready for weekend even though he was told after. Managed to have it ready for Saturday what a top bloke. Much appreciated.

Not so good refunding deposits after cancellation

Paid a £500 deposit for a new Royal Alloy but my son founf a second hand bike that sang to his heart more so apologised to MMC and cancelled my order. I was told the refund would be made the following week and a call would be made to me for details. No call received and despite calling and passing my details still no refund almost 8 weeks later. Really disappointing.
Been back to see them (20/05/25) and all sorted. Alan and Mike were super helpful and the issue was ApplePay! Refund should arrive soon.

Gear shop staff are Great

Gear shop staff are Great, went in to get a pice for a new Pinlock, staff gave me the price and offered to look at my existing one and refit it, as it was a bit loose. I went to look at some Gloves while they did this and asked about a set and got great advice and a fixed Pinlock too! Great service.

Collected my new kawasaki ZX636 from Millennium Motorcycles on Thursday, and what a great team they have there. Allan the salesman was very polite and knowledgeable about kawasakis and he was very professional throughout the whole process from taking my bike in part exchange and presenting me with my new bike. Also Lee presented my new bike in gleaming condition. If you are looking for a New or Used motorbike go and have a look at Millenium Motorcycles, you'll have a really pleasant experience. Thank you again Allan Lee and Gary.

Highly recommend millennium and Jason

Highly recommend millennium and Jason in particular who got me sorted with my CBT and my first bike. Popped in for a look around one day and he showed me a few different bikes and didn’t try to just up sell to the most expensive one he could. He made sure I got the right bike for me which I’m so grateful for because the one I was leaning towards originally definitely wouldn’t have been the right choice. Picked up my Benelli BN125 a couple of weeks ago and it’s perfect.
