Ordered a corner Elegance sofa last week. Arrived today, on time. The delivery guys brought it into the house. I've just finished assembling it and it looks fantastic. Great quality, great price, great communication and speedy delivery....

DO NOT USE, DISHONEST!!

Started off OK, got the sofa delivered.
Wear and tear issues, agreed a compromise.

The clock however was 'on its way', 'personally posting today', none true.
Took 6 weeks, turned up smashed.
Marcus blamed staff being useless, going to sack them all.

Promised refund, then ignored: what's apps, calls, FB messenger, Instagram and email.

Used credit card, so got refunded through credit card company with proof of faulty goods and unwillingness to resolve!
Now I've received late night calls from Beta Furnish: 01924 788046 - Blocked!

Changed name to Beta Furnish!
Complete cowboys - beware!!

Absolutely disgusting service! Spent nearly £500 on a dressing table from
Their website. After weeks the completely wrong dressing table was delivered at 2230, this dressing table is not even advertised on their website! Contacted next morning to rectify and its now been months still no refund and the correct item has not been delivered! The threatening abuse my partner got over WhatsApp was disgusting! Same old excuses given as states below drivers in hospital acounts are all over the place etc!! They have now changed their website to Betafurniture! Please be aware!!!!

The Clock we ordered came in smashed, this was on 24/06. We reported it, with photos immediately and requested refund. Over 5 weeks later, and numerous calls, messages and emails, we are still waiting for a refund. When they do answer our calls we have been told there is an issue with their account but refund will be issued soon. This has still not happened, and now they are not answering to anything.

Be aware of this company, as they have recently started using the company name BETAFURNISH.

Avoid at all costs.

Awful quality. Awful person in charge. Full of false promises to replaceand refund, even when found GUILTY in court. The 1 years warranty is untrue - when even after faults appeared within WEEKS mirek refuses to replace after stating he agreed the items were subpar! Do not use this company!!!!

After multiple chances to rectify the faulty sofa, we have had to go to small claims court. The lies from this company range from delivery driver broke down, delivery driver was let go, refund will happen, replacement will be delivered. Over 4 months later and they have ignored the courts. Do not use! Date of experience if from when a CCJ had to be issued.
Sofas are beautiful hence the stars, but peeled after 6 weeks of minimal cleaning with leather wipes

The gentleman that delivered my dining table an 4 knocker chairs was so professional even though he was alone I was lucky I had other workmen in to help him get it in he then built it up I’ve wanted this table for so long but never found 1 I could afford would deffo recommend this company top quality at prices you can afford thanks

I am very happy with my dining table and chairs, can't fault the company and the bloke that delivered them so helpful and considering I changed my mind so much he was so patient with me

Pleasant helpful and polite all the staff quality of the table and the build quality very good very reasonable priced
My only complaint is that there was some bolts missing and one washer

Wasn't kept informed on delivery time. I had to chase up. Delivery received wrong item sent. Sent email to company and not had any reply

Fast delivery, the only niggle I have is that I didn’t realise it comes in boxes and that you have to put it together (which was easy enough) but the faff trying to get them out as they are heavy is a bit much for one person

Orderd table and chair set.. the other day came 4 days later.. so happy with it appserloutly gourgus… communication was 10/10
Delivery guys were very good very polite.. they assembled my set for a little extra witch was well worth it! Very professional and Deffo recommend you guys

Although there was a few adjustments in timing, for the delivery of our sofas due to staffing issues. There was communication throughout the day from Marco and we finally got our sofas at 5pm. Really pleased with them, and the price was very good. We was going to buy the same elsewhere and M&M furniture was £249 cheaper, plus free delivery. We ordered Tuesday 20th june and Delivered 23rd June. Excellent service.

Beautiful marble table and the chairs are nice and comfortable. Very well made and the top of the table is a genuine marble. Very heavy and definitely need two people to handle when you put together. If you follow the instructions come inside the box it’s not difficult to put together and also the delivery person it’s very kind and gives all the information to make the assembly easier.
