Shameful Scam Over a Mere €2.38 Purchase
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My order (126603709) was nothing short of a scam. It’s outrageous that your seller couldn’t even fulfill an order worth only €2.38 without resorting to dishonesty. This experience has severely damaged any trust I had in your platform. It’s disgraceful that even for such a small amount, integrity seems to be completely absent.
I expect swift action and resolution, or I will ensure others are warned about this unacceptable behavior.

The key should have been delivered…
The key should have been delivered after 5 to 10 minutes. After several hours I wrote to support. Support said I should wait 24 hours. After more than 24 hours I tried to contact support twice, but I didn't receive any response to my inquiries.
