I received a used key, twice!
First time buying here and issues. I've been purchasing games online for decades, and it has never happened to me that I receive a key that is already in use. After a strange verification process involving sending photos of my ID and receiving my order a few hours later, I find out that 1 out of 3 keys does not work. I have just contacted your customer service, and here I am, waiting for someone to 'review the case.' The time it takes or the outcome of this will determine whether I leave this comment as it is or not.
Edit: what was MMOGA's answer? "the key was only sent to you. You should Contact Microsoft support without naming us". Unbelievable. Officially, I have been scammed by MMOGA
Edit 17.01.2024: After having to prove that the code was redeemed before, something that I believe is not my responsibility, they offered me my money or another code. Oh my I chose bad, because the new code, is not a new code, again. I would not add any further comments...

Customer service doesn’t answer me for some reason, My delivery is taking so long to order. I ordered a genshin impact account once and it came 10 minutes later, I bought a Fortnite account it’s been over 10+ hours since I have received the info for the accounts.
