Claim they have sent product but refuse to provide proof. Worst customer service. 4 hours of nothing

They have a horrible customer service person who does not even speak English or respond properly. I ordered a nba live mobile account they took my money and have not given me the account or my money back these guys are scammers.

THIS SITE IS BULLSH*T!!! I ORDERED 70K IMVU CREDITS AND GOT THEM BUT THEY SENT THEM FROM A HACKED ACCOUNT SO THEY CAME BACK AND COMPLAINED TO IMVU AND IMVU SENT THEM THEIR CREDITS BACK OFF MY ACCOUNT AND NOW I HAVE NO CONTACT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND WHO EVER JAMIE IS SHE LUCKY I DONT KNOW HER REAL LIFE. THEY WRONG THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. THEY TAKE 2 DAYS TO SEND YOUR CREDITS ALSO AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE SO RUDE ALEX AND JAMIE. WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER YOU BACK ITS ALL FAKE AND FRAUDULENT. SOME ONE NEEDS TO REPORT THEM AND HAVE THEM LOCKED UP IN JAIL ASAP.

Very rude service, the person who was trying to 'help' was being very rude and was poor at speaking english. The delivery time of the coins was very slow.

Decent service for rs gold, it's very slow but at the end of the day it's okay.

Ended up waiting over 2 days for coins one guy telling me one thing ending up having to wait 16 more hours then he’ll tell me to wait 4 more hours and I’ll end up waiting another day and then the rude support

I have messaged countless support people and used all thier different methods of doing so to settle a dispute. paid for a large package of coins and they never delivered to me. continously told me they just needed some time, and 72 hours ended with no purchase and someone random buying my card even. Now ive gone through countless attempts to resolve this problem was even told to post a new card which also expired in auction house. Finally thier support person told me to just email them because thier live support can't seem to handle issues in real time.

i won't be a statistic of being used and will recieve my money back. I plan to follow this up in as many legal ways as possible seeing as how im not the first person to have these issues as stated through many sites about this company.

my credit card said it was FRAUD, they declined the payment. i advised them i placed order and they sent them the money. now they do not let me order on their site no more."alex" in chat was very not nice about it as well. look elsewhere.
