Some of the M's were faded like the candy is old. I have previously purchased as gifts before with excellent results. This latest experience was terrible and disappointing especially how much you pay for them. I will not purchase these as gifts in the future.

They didn’t mention the products are shipped from where. When I order from website, it shows the price in pounds, and the contact also is a UK phone number. So I think I am ordering within the UK. However, it is not. A few days later, UPS emailed me and charge me fees and taxes for the parcel! If they state it clear in their website or warn me about the extra fees and taxes before I place the order, I won’t order from them. It’s just chocolate, and I can buy the normal M&M from supermarket rather than the special M&M, if I know there is extra fees and taxes before. And I think it is a misleading. It is because everything is showing I am ordering a product within the UK, not other countries!

This company took payment for a delivery, failed to deliver after a month because of problems with their paperwork at customs and then had the cheek to try and get us to pay their taxes before attempting another delivery. I certainly would steer clear of them if you don't want to be the next victim of the M&M scam

they removed a tax on the final bill, and then the same amount of tax was added again by the courier but with added brokerage fee so I ended up paying nearly twice as much in taxes than it would've been otherwise

Ordered bespoke M&Ms for our company cookies - these looked great for approx 3 months. After that the colour and wording faded and deemed useable. M&Ms customer service was below expectations for such a great produce. M&S said there was an 8 month life span which was not the case (even though they were stored correctly) so I suggest if you get a bespoke produce you use them as soon as possible.

Certificates are no longer provided (Bacteriological analysis, Certificate of Approval, etc). This is a critical issue for companies.

I ordered goods costing 120 euros, including 15 euros in shipping costs, and two weeks later I received an invoice for 45 euros in customs duties to be paid.
When I asked for an explanation I was told that the tariffs are on the website ( somewhere, not yet found honestly ).
I think if there are these costs they should be clearly visible when ordering.

but once not in incognito mode it worked fine, very nice designs. 10 Euros for standard shipping is a bit much, though.

Package didn't arrive and trying to solve this on relevant time by contacting customer service didnt work since they don't respond. After paying a considerable sum for a designed M&M gift with expedited delivery I got no package and no response. the interface is very good for creating the product, yet there are hidden costs , like delivery. there is no dirrect correlation between the details on the site and the final purches process. also there is no in store pickup- even more so the
