Your order is overseen by workers and quality assurance teams at every step of the way: picture validation team, graphics team that reworks the pictures to obtain a high-quality print file, production team, and the packaging team that fills the packages by hand and checks the quality of the M&M's.

Furthermore, we offer speedy deliveries in refrigerated trucks to ensure that the M&M's are delivered in optimal conditions.

All of these parameters contribute to the price of the My M&M's. I hope that you understand that these prices correspond to the quality of the products we are offering.

Extortionate courier charge and not received item. See below.

I need receipt of a very expensive order of M and Ms in time for a very important party in 11 days. M ang Ms have been paid. However without any warning from M and Ms whatsoever their courier UPS are refusing delivery unless I pay an astonishing £44 charge. I've paid, don't have my produce, and am very stressed and disappointed by this.

Dear customer,

As stated on our website at the top of the payment page, for individual customers, due to new cross-border regulations linked to Brexit:

• For orders with an amount of more than £135 (excluding tax and shipping), mms.com doesn't collect VAT. You will have to pay it directly to the carrier.
In addition, you will be charged £5 for customs clearance directly from the carrier.

These are rules designed by the European Union and the UK and, as such, we have no authority over them. We are sorry about this inconvenience. The VAT will have to be paid by you, or the package will be sent back to our factory. This is indicated in a big yellow box taking up the whole top of the payment page. if there are delays in the VAT payment, there will indeed be delays in the delivery, as your order has to go through the waiting queue for unpaid VAT. Do excuse the inconvenience.

You placed a complaint regarding your print two months after receiving your M&M's. We can only treat complaints that are placed within 15 days of receiving the product. You were not able to notice any problem during two weeks of having the product, and we cannot treat a problem that arised after two months of storage at your place.

Are staff actually happy helping customers? …

Enjoyed getting our personalised M&M’s however the 2 guys who served us obviously had no other alternative but to work in the store. We came all the way from Aberdeen, is customer service with a smile not required in your store?

I received my order with broken M&Ms

I received my order with broken M&Ms, black ink all over the place, inconsistency in printing and many of them missing several letters of text so you can’t even read what the M&M is saying. I’m so disappointed. €40 for an ugly box of M&Ms that nobody can even make out. My dad thought they were smarties. I asked the opinions of four people who couldn’t believe the price based off the quality. I looked at many tik toks to make sure they came with a decent print so maybe I got very unlucky. If this arrived for a wedding I would be fuming.
