Cleaners who don't clean
The two cleaners who came were chain-smoking outside before they came in.
They both didn't speak English which would be fine if they could understand verbal or mimed instructions - but they cannot,at all!
They were refusing to clean the floors which needed a light scrub with a soft sponge for the tack to come off. We asked multiple times and they literally shouted and were swearing!
They didn't attempt to scrub at all and said they didn't understand even after showing them.
The request to have someone clean floors was made via email well before booking confirmation. Cash in hand...
I've used another cleaner from this company before who also had little english, and left bathroom tiles untouched when cleaning, although was not rude like these two.
There are many cleaners in the area. I do not recommend m&a cleaning services.
