SCAM AND SEXIST STAFF!!
Don't buy belts off this company they're complete scammers. l ordered a belt 6 weeks ago for the event on Friday, and they lied about shipping the item last week when they shipped it this week. They consistently wasted time with the belt using their Eid holiday as an excuse to not do it knowing when it was and knowing there was enough time before to get it done and sent out. First it was Eid then his sisters wedding then flooding in the UAE. This man will find any excuse not to make the belt and blame everyone else for his short coming. He deserves to lose business.They knew the deadline and only decided to ship the week of the event after numerous lies saying they already shipped the item. The item took 2 months to ship out and another month to arrive despite him 'assuring' me it'll be coming in a week. I had to constantly play a creative role in the belt making as they didn't understand how to make an accurate replica belt. I had to show them side to side photos of how l want it and what they've done. The customer service is incredibly rude and instantly decided to attack my gender instead of apologising or reassuring. There's no reason to be sexist and defensive when you're called out on your lies. Maybe simply don't lie to customers. I understand these things take time, but there's no reason to lie and then get defensive when you get called out and insult my relationship and me personally. The only reason someone has to make a personal attack is when they know they're wrong which is the exact case here. Everyone who contacts is a potential customer and should be treated with respect.
