I ordered a tracksuit wasn't delivered every time I send message address not found I've never had a problem before don't know what to do next

Never had any problems with them myself. Some good deals to be had now and again!

They don’t come I have to phone the office and the response is dismal so it upsets me I think they don’t care at all

Ordered the Trespass Audry long women's waterproof jacket (from MnmDirect but don't know how to review the actual product sorry)

Sizes are all wrong on their size guide. I initially bought a size Medium/12. FAR too small if you want to wear clothes underneath. I've sent that back and got a size Large/14 and still very snug. Not sure if MNM sell faulty stock (I don't think they do) but I definitely wouldn't pay the full price of £100+ that trespass attempt to charge for this coat. Its thinner than I expected too, hopefully will be warm enough.

Excellent speed of returns etc although the wait for refund could be 14 days which is a bit of a pajn

Items are marked down heavily and easier to purchase but Absolutely rubbish return process. I have returned my items 14 days ago and still waiting for the refund with no help from the customer service team.

Perfect communication and logistics, absolutely hassle free process from the very beginning to the end, and the delivery was made precisely in time! But the most important is the 2 pairs of shoes (Clarks and Skechers) I bought were the best money could buy. Extremely delighted with my purchase and highly recommend this seller.

some of the goods are excellent. some are dreadful.

ordered some new boots, Henley in yellow well more like tan. the inner sole structure has fallen apart.

can't find box to return them, so they'll be binned instead.

I placed an order over the weekend, arrived the next working day which is what I ordered.

I placed an order for a XL jacket. The coat was too small it was more of a medium if I'm honest.

So given my first experience I opted to make a second purchase to replace the jacket and I was going to organise a return.

Having placed the order they have an offer for unlimited delivery for 9.99 for a whole year, so took up that option too.

On attempting to return the jacket, I had to pay 2.99 for a return label, and I had to take it to a shop so it could be picked up!!

So on top of the 6.99 delivery I paid, and the 9.99 for the unlimited delivery, I am having to also pay to return a jacket that would not fit my cat let alone me.

I have emailed asking they cancel my unlimited, as I wont be shopping here again!

Shocking service for customers

I wanted to purchase their women’s Puma muse satin trainers which I saw through an advert. However when I added them
to my basket and wanted to purchase them my basket was cleared and they kept saying out of stock even though the sizes were available and they kept changing what was available. When I contacted them by email to find out why they said you cannot order 20 at the same time they said that the maximum is 15 however when I tried to buy even one I couldn’t. They also said I can’t resell them unless I have an agreement from them which doesn’t sound right as surely the more you purchase the better I didn’t even ask
for a further discount. Also if
You try to order trainers that are Normal price
then this is fine however the trainers they placed on the advert were on sale however it wasn’t possible to purchase even though different sizes were apparently available. As a result it’s pretty obvious that they don’t sell these trainers and just used it for their advert to get people in and to get them to purchase their other products. They also stated that the website takes time to update however I have been consistently checking at all
times of the day. For example in the morning they stated that certain sizes e.g 4.5/5 were available and this changed throughout the day which clearly shows that they update their website regularly and in the afternoon they said the only ones available are 5.5 and 7.5 I tried to purchase them and again I couldn’t. The trainers are also listed under new stock which is clearly not true.I advise anyone to be careful to purchase from such a Unreliable company.

Ordered clothes and some items were out of stock. Instead of informing me of this via email and giving me the option to cancel the order, I was giving half the items I ordered and refunded the missing. When I asked for a returns label to be sent as a courtesy, to return the items that arrived, I was told I had to pay for it. Its only a couple of pound but that is terrible customer care.
