My mum brought a handset from Crawley…

My mum brought a handset from Crawley county mall store but realised after 1 week the screen was too small as she has poor sight in one eye!
We went into the store to see if there was any chance of swapping over to a larger screen and pay the difference obviously we appreciated mum had made the mistake!
She chose a larger screen phone resold the smaller back and paid the difference to ease the small loss the guy gave mum a new case and screen protector for free.
Thank you for your customer service.
Your patience and also setting up the new phone all ready to go.
Such a lovely man.
Highly recommended

Had a really good experience at…

Had a really good experience at Mobilebitz. The service was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Everything was explained clearly, and the staff made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend Mobilebitz to anyone looking for reliable service and a great experience!

Customer service was excellent

Customer service was excellent. No hassle, fast and stress free! Will definitely use again and recommend. Pay very fair prices for phones and payment is received within a few minutes straight into your bank.
