I'm a bit of a phone geek and like to change my phone every year or so. I've used Mobile Fun for quite a few years now.

The service is second to none and the despatch times for ordered items is extremely rapid. Mobile Fun are like a well-oiled machine with reasonable prices and a wide range of products for my needs.

Whilst it's true that I could pay slightly less elsewhere, I've learnt that this route results in inferior quality products. I particularly like the Olixar range of screen protectors and phone cases which have saved various phones from expensive repairs.

I highly recommend Mobile Fun and will most definitely order from them again.

Heve been ordering for years with no problems. but this time they despatched next day delivery via EVRI who failed to deliver on the Saturday, & sent me an email saying they would try again the following Saturday, not acceptable! I filled out their online form as there is no contact email or number on the web site (which is illegal for online sales) Had email reply 4 days later from MF, saying it was now delivered - I said it was no longer required as I had ordered somewhere else on Saturday and got it Sunday - no reply, so I am contacting my credit card company to reverse payment and will never order from them again - DO NOT USE THEM!

I payed for a power bank from them and even though they were accepting payments from customers they didn’t have any stock, and it’s only after you pay for the product that they send you an email saying they don’t have it and have reserved 1 for you whenever they get the product back in stock without even an estimation of when that might be. When buying from this website keep in mind that they might not even have the product you are paying them for.

Excellent prices with good value international shipping. Their products in general are great (I loved the included microfibre cloths as a gift!), and so is their in-house brand, Olixar.

I used to love Mobile Fun, who have a good range of products and also dispatch quickly, and I've bought loads of things from them over the years. But recently I have had two problems with orders seemingly not going through - and then being charged for a previous order. The last straw was being sent a faulty rechargeable desk lamp where the cable doesn't fit the lamp. It's impossible to get hold of customer service (no email, a form on the website and then waiting four or five days for a response that doesn't answer your problem). It's pointless having good products if your customer service is lousy to non-existent. I'm shopping elsewhere now.

Great company to buy from and always have a good range of stock and choices.

This website is based in UK. I tried to return a car charger that was the wrong item, and all got was double talk about limitations on how many days, and how much shipping fee they would pay to mail it back to UK from U.S. I did not get a refund from them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great shopping experience, great range of accessories, fast delivery

I found the web site very easy to use to find what I was looking for. Placed my order and the item was dispatched and delivered in no time at all. I would thoroughly recommend.

MobileFun has a large selection of all the accessories you'll need for your mobile and at great prices. Followed up with fast delivery and excellent customer service why would you want to go anywhere else. I don't!

Good company to deal with, easy to use website and extremely fast delivery, ordered during the afternoon and received my items the next morning so well pleased. I ordered two 20w phone chargers that were reduced to half price (£4.99) and I was pleasantly surprised how good the quality was and charge my iPhone and Apple Watch very quickly.

Absolutely terrible service, placed an order for next day delivery on Monday, got dispatched on Thursday with DPD..

Friday delivery date.. DPD has said they have not received the parcel only the details, then they received the item. Due for delivery on Saturday, then there was an error with the delivery so it has been held up.

Spoke to DPD. They have advised me to speak to the dispatcher company which is mobile fun due to receiving the booking but no item.. terrible.
