They dont even deserve one star!! This company are ripping people off! They have done this to many people judging by the reviews. Sadly, I did not read these before I sent my perfectly good iphone. They quoted me £77 and offered me £33! They then sent me an email knowing I was displeased with this and so offered me £50. Frustratingly, they have credited my bank account with £33!!!!! I asked for the phone back many times but they are charging me ten pounds. I am currently in a dispute with them and am seeking further advice as they are clearly a bad company out to commit daylight robbery! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

The price was the best available and they transferred the money relatively quickly. They could have kept the customer better updated on the progress of the order.

sent two high priced handsets - Nokia 8800 Sapphire Brown handsets-I normally use Mazuma but thought id take a gamble and send it to them to get an extra few pounds...BIG MISTAKE! I have never used this company before and never intend to do so ever again- nor will I be recommending this company to anyone.

I work in Telecoms so I know generally how the market works- after doing some basic research i sent my phones off to them-two identical handsets in two separate packages- I did not want them getting confused.

They claimed first that I didn't send the handsets to them- so I provided recorded delivery proof - they then sent a email saying one handset was fake!? and the other item had not been received.
I asked for the 'fake' handset to be sent back to me as I did not believe them- IM STILL WAITING FOR IT!!!!

After providing yet MORE proof of postage they have said that they received my package but it wasn't the phone that i sent?! but a phone of ZERO value!?

I sent them two Nokia 8800 handsets- Everyone knows these are expensive phones so im obviously extremely annoyed-I have called, sent various emails and im not getting a satisfactory response

They are clearly not a reputable company- I have never had to chase for something so much and the promised money is not to be seen.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- PLEASE WARN OTHERS IM OVER £500 OUT OF POCKET!!!!! SHAMEFUL!

Complete waste of time. Was quoted £39, which then was deducted to £13.00. After complaining, the £13.00 was doubled to £26.00. Complained again and got ignored and received payment for £13.00. Not happy. Following complaint procedures.

The pre-paid envelope arrived as stated. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Amount quoted was credited to a gift card as requested. Hassel free transaction.

had no problems at all with sale. opted to get argos vouchers instead of cash as got more money for phone. did take longer than expected to top up phone due to having a cooling off period when phone gets valued suppose this would be good for some. overall very please would definatey use again

I recently used mobilephone exchange and was very impressed with the service. It was fast and extremely easy to use. The voucher was validated immediately they received my phones. I have recomended this company to all my friends. I am very upset that on "sellmyphones" site the reviews are not very good - in fact I had to double check that it was the same company - and I have commented to the contrary. Please don't let me down as I have been signing your praises

I have sold about 5 phones now. All of them unwanted. I went for the gift cards which were activated pretty quickly. Sent them freepost with no problem. I have recommended this service to friends and they have not had any problems either.
