langsam und unfreundlich

Moobook ist das letzte was ich jemanden empfehlen kann hatte da am 9(!!!) einen Vertrag gemacht und erhielt via dem Prüfen Sie den Status die Information “Ihre Bestellung liegt beim Provider vor” nun ist mittlerweile der 17. ich habe immer noch keine Antowrt und die Hotline ist extrem Negativ und schlecht gegenüber genervten Kunden drauf. Einige Mitarbeiter erzählen einem dann ja das wird bearbeitet andere sagen einen Ihr Vertrag liegt erst seit heute beim Anbieter usw.

Also alles in allem echt das letzte .. Ich hatte noch NIE so lange warten müssen für eine Freischaltung und erhielt wenn es wirklich mal etwas länger dauerte ( 2 Tage ) sofort Auskunft über den Status vom Händler aber sowas nein Danke..

Vlt sollte die Firma mal dringend an Ihren abläufen arbeiten. Weil sowas ist 1. werder Kundenfreundlich noch nenn ich das Service.

Wenn dann so auch der Kundenservice gegenüber bestandskunden ist Prost Mahlzeit !
