I thought it would give me some good…

I thought it would give me some good stock picks and live positions based on research. After getting the premium subscription all I’m getting are push notifications of garbage AI articles based on news and noise. I asked for a refund but was outside of the 30 day refund window, so now I’m writing this review.

Research and Live Positions: We maintain model portfolios and regularly publish new investment reports that are accessible at any time within your premium dashboard. It sounds like you may not have explored the full premium library, where the core research and actionable stock picks are located — beyond just the push notifications.

Refund Policy: As you mentioned, refund eligibility is clearly outlined in our 30-day money-back guarantee. We honor this policy consistently and fairly for all members. Unfortunately, once outside of the refund window, we are unable to process a refund in accordance with our posted terms of service.

Deceitful Company-Do not Subscribe

I have been trying for 4 days to have someone get back to me about managing my subscription, as they purposely exclude that capability from their site. Any business that doesn't respond to 4 customer emails, does not let you manage your subscription from the site is one that you need to avoid.

Impossible to cancel so beware the 30 day money back guarantee

Terrible, signed up after seeing a recommendation, thought I would trial to see how I got on with the safety of a 30 day money back guarantee. The snag? It's impossible to cancel, I've emailed, contacted via their socials, tried live chat but nothing. You cannot manage your subscription on the app instead a pop up message appears telling you to contact the app developer. Horrible experience, avoid or be trapped!

Edit following Moby reply: I have already contacted Moby support, twice, as well as used their "live chat" (and left my email), emailed on facebook, instagram & commented on their socials posts. The issue isn't me not reaching out, it's Moby refusing to respond.

They promised a refund and two weeks later now they dont answer my emails.

Will dispute with the bank.

We’re sorry for any confusion regarding your subscription. When you purchase a subscription through the App Store, it is managed directly by Apple. This means that cancellations must be done through your Apple ID settings. Deleting your account within our app does not automatically cancel your subscription, as Apple handles all billing and subscription management.

For confirmation of your cancellation, Apple typically sends an email when a subscription is successfully canceled. You can also check your active subscriptions by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Signed up accidently with the wrong…

Signed up accidently with the wrong email address. Sent a request to their support email address and had this sorted. Still not sure why it registered an email that doesnt exist. I thought they fixed this in mid 2000's

Tried their 2 week test program

Tried their 2 week test program. Cancelled after third day yet they billed me after two week trial program.
Very disappointing about both their content and dishonesty. Stay away from Moby.co investment services!

Love Moby

Moby gives detailed and engaging reports. I appreciate that the app has a sleek design and is easy to navigate. I like that I can see which stocks are on their trip picks list, but I would love to have access to their reports as well! Also, Moby is sgbudgetbabe approved, so l would love to see the value for myself :)

Only app needed

I have been following pretty much since inception (before they were even called Moby) and I must say that this is literally the best application. They are insightful, precise, and fun to read. I had the application while I was actively investing and it saved me so much time in doing my own analysis as they are really good at what they do. I am now taking a break from investing but I still follow their page on instagram. I always make sure to watch their stories because this is where I get my news on stocks. Its the only page and app you need.

Deceptive disgusting business practice.

I’m not certain but I’m reasonably sure they deleted my review from a month or so ago.

They lock you out of your account and when you contact them they take long time to reply or just don’t. Hence the review

Was a subscriber then when I went to cable it says my account is invalid yet it still charges.

Can’t log in with the app.

Since I first complained about not being able to cancel and wanting my money back I am now receiving emails which I no longer want.

When contacted support they said I needed to use another email yet I used the email I was subscribed with.

Typical practices of American companies.

They will never refund even when they are in the wrong. Per their terms and conditions. According to (Redacted)

After contacting Moby I received no response and they tried to take down my review. I appeal with Trustpilot and TRUSTPILOT reinstated my review

I would advise you retrain your staff like (Redacted) to just return the money unless you want reviews like this.

Also it seems to me blatantly obvious that all your replies in the reviews are written by chat GPT because what you say is just water. ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTANCE to this company.

Bad calls, bad customer service and just a terrible all round business.
