Excellent service quality at reasonable cost

Excellent service quality. Great value for money. I've been a subscriber since 2010, and the number of major issues has only been one – an error in a domain renewal that happened around my 8th year, which had to be escalated and was badly handled by support back then – but which I would consider isolated. Of the minor issues I opened a ticket for, I only have a dozen after all these years – all were resolved quickly or within a reasonable amount of time. I'd give them a full 5 stars if not for that "major" incident.
