Lots of compliments
We had our electrician come in and installed the new alabaster chandelier we bought from mod lighting, just WOW. Even the electricians kept complimenting the lights, the build, the quality, the packaging and the overall experience. They said it is almost the highest quality they have seen in the market after many years of being in the space. Now i want to add the sconces and pendant too in the same collection. I hope mod introduces more options in the future too!

Perfect sconce for our house
I saw a few of my neighbors had mod light sconce on their house and was immediate drawn to the modern look of their products. They won't return my money
I ordered a chandelier they made an extra rod for the high ceiling. I received the light and it didn't match with the decor in the room. They would not let me return or give me a store credit. They never informed me that making an extra rod would void me from returning it. Be very careful when ordering.

Received an item low quality for the…
Received an item low quality for the money .
Not overly impressed requested to return . Return would cost over £179 due to large item. So for the £221.90 Bill a lot to lose.
Plus I quote duties which may be incurred … I was offered a 25% refund to keep the item which we did as the cost to return was so expensive it was not worth returning . But quality was not good.
A shame as they had some lovely pieces

Looks like a great product, but where is!
I placed an order of significant value on 4th October and appears they have no idea where it is, when it will be shipped or delivered! I’ve now chased updates on 3 occasions and all I get is we are waiting for an update responses. I just want my order! Very poor service!
Michelle senior customer care specialist has since been in touch and has provided an update on the order and also processed a discount on my order. This is perfect customer services and what I would have expected when I initially got in touch with MOD.

I am not a customer
I am not a customer. I wanted to be based on the reviews. However, it turns out that all of their outdoor lights use LED Light Bands that cannot be replaced. They said they should last "a few years". So what happens after that? They must go to a landfill and you start over. Really short-sighted.
