Estefania helped update me on the status of my return. She was professional, and pleasant to speak with.

Ordered a sofa from Modani and the recliner section did not work properly. I was able to text a claim which is incredibly convenient. Gary, the customer service representative, texted back almost immediately and asked for some information. Once I sent the information in I was contacted by phone and given a variety of solutions. Not even 15 minutes later I was sent a confirmation that a new recliner section was ordered.
Gary was very friendly and professional! I appreciate him as well as this exceptionally expedient system!!

Received our dresser with a dent and filed a claim online. Estefania texted me within 10 minutes and took care of my issue. She issued a redelivery immediately. Never experienced such a great and fast customer service before. Excellent! Will definitely come back to buy more furniture from Modani.
