Missing issues of R2-D2, #1-20 and #29-32 received. Missing issues #21-28 (also not charged). No response from ModelSpace after 2 complaints about the missing issues in 2 weeks.
It seems that ModelSpace does not care at all.
Because I no longer have confidence that I will get this set complete in this way, I am canceling my subscription. Everything I have received so far has therefore become completely worthless.
I will contact Visa to reclaim all payments.

a short 2 part review.....one star as the set up is spoilt by the customer (non) service ,very unhelpful with a do not bother us attitude.Emails remain unanswered with the age old excuse ' we did not receive any' and the inability or unwilling_ nes, to get me a replacement part for the Ford GT kit I was hoping to build,I say 'was' as I have been reading old reviews re c/s and it appears that their attitude is part of the job and I have cancelled my subscription not prepared to spend the next few months wondering if the kit will be sub standard and I am unable to complete the build.That is the human failings The kit is 5***** and a joy to build at least could be if spares were available superbly moulded parts that all fit well.I hope this is hepful, Read the old reviews .....And avoid my disappointment .

One star is too many,placed an order 6weeks ago,payment taken,nothing since regardless of phoning and emailing frequently.The only thing received is this request for a rating.
I hope they read this and sort the issue

I have been a good and loyal customer for many years but recently I have left several emails with queries about models and my orders and no one ever gets back to me yet I receive emails like this asking me to give you reviews.

Can someone respond to my queries please.

Other than this Model space has a great site and regularly put out great offers and discounts.

Unfortunately I can't leave less than one star. Ordered a full kit from Modelspace that cost me over $1100 7 weeks ago and still has not been shipped. Even though their website claims international orders will be despatched within 10 days.
I have emailed their customer service no less than 12 times without a response.
I buy close to 25 models a year and this is the first company that failed to deliver.
Far from impressed.

Honda CB750 | 1:4 Model | Full Kit

It's been a month since the order was approved, but we don't know any information about the delivery and progress. When can you deliver it? I'd like to know the progress.I know you're busy, but I'll be waiting for your reply. Have a nice day

I ordered 3 kits at the end of January 2021. It is now mid March and not one received. I have emailed more times than I can remember without reply. There's no phone number so I can't ring to find out what's happened.
if you order, do so at your peril, you might not get anything. BEWARE!!!!

I ordered the Thunderbird 2 extra pod (checked it was in stock first!). Received in a week with no problems, hence the 5 stars. BUT I have had serious problems with Modelspace in the past with the Thunderbird 2 full kit which in the end I just cancelled the order as I was getting nowhere with customer service (I received repayment for the kit in just a few days. Seems this is the only thing customer service is good at! Perhaps they get a lot of practice with repayments!). So basically, contact Modelspace FIRST to see if item you want to order is in stock, even if it shows in stock on their website!!

2 years ago I posted a review regarding customer service referring to them as "shambolic" I realise now that this was in fact if anthing flattering.
I have waited since December for a small replacement part for a Full Kit purchase, claimed to have been sent 3 times now and delivered by Royal Mail. None of these items have been received despite being also sent to an alternative address . DO NOT use this company Modelspace UK. My issue has been resolved by obtaining the parts via 3D printing. I am processing a complaint via the Trading Standards.

Purchased a model kit over a 12 month period. It took them over a month to send the first kit, but then they started arriving regularly. Everything was fine until December. They took the regular payment and sent the kits, and then about a week later they took another payment, but nothing arrived. I waited a few weeks and then contacted customer service and they claimed the payment hadn't been taken, even after showing evidence that the payment was taken customer service still denied that the payment was taken. In the meantime they took another payment but again nothing was shipped. I have tried to call and sent messages but they are now ignoring me. I have been left with a half build model no means of completing it. I want to either be able to complete the model or get a refund on what I have purchased.

Ordered subscription but payment never taken. Did it again but no payment taken. Gave up a few months ago.

Very good model , full ship model kit received in two weeks time. I’ve seen other reviews and people complain that shop is fake and service is bad, but i think it’s because covid situation, i am lucky one, two weeks only.

It would be nice to have my order but after a month and a half I'm still waiting. When I phoned to see what the hold up was I was informed that it was still waiting for despatch!!!!!!!!!!.Not amused. I have bought a lot from this company and there has always been a delay in the order arriving, but never this late. I will NOT be using this company again!!

But can't all cash but I think better 12 or 18 months OK u understand. Thank you

Recent full kit purchase looks good no problems so far

My annoyance for Model Space forever grows stronger! My last review got a response basically saying 'Sorry but we tried our best!'.
This is with no follow up, no email, no txt's! I paid for a full kit back in November 2020 & I'm still having problems getting the missing issues that I need!...I'm getting really pissed off now, if my missing issues do not arrive within the next 14 days, I will be going to Trading Standards & the Financial Ombudsman!

Bought the Yamato battle ship 1/ 250 scale model over 11 monthly payments.
Website was very easy to use and delivery of monthly part's was very good, well packed and on time. Its a fantastic model to make and would recommend it to any ship inthousate

The model space looks okay and my friend is happy with it-however I must comment on the customer service!! Very rude and not helpful at all. Served with an attitude.
