Before placing my order for a helicopter I sent an email to check what I needed for it to use elrs, I was told if I bought s1 legend I wouldn’t need a receiver as it comes with it, but if I bought the older version I would need one, so I bought the newer one as it worked out the same money as the old version and a receiver, however on Xmas day the person I bought it for opened it and spent the whole day trying to bind it etc, until we saw a video that showed the receiver on the helicopter to realise NOPE it’s doesnt come with the receiver, sent an email about it, and apparently Goosky have so many models they can’t keep up with them so didnt actually know it didnt come with it, not great service, yes I did get an apology but that doesn’t change that it ruined my Xmas present I gave, as this was exactly why I asked them, to avoid not being able to use it on Xmas day as I have no idea with helicopters, not impressed.

Needed a satellite receiver for omp hobby's helicopter. Everywhere was sold out, so I called and was told we get some tomorrow. They emailed me early so ordered from website, item in my hands the next day ;) Now that is good service, wish I could give six stars...

Bought a Trex 450 pro. Shipping was really fast and price was reasonable. What most impressed me was the knowledge and advice that the staff were able to give me. A quick ring would solve any problems I have.

A bit far away to call my local, but their online delivery is great and they price-matched a radio for me.
