Ordered some products from them, as always I’m never skeptical about small businesses since they must have been verified in some way… so I ordered some stuff from them, which turned out to be a big mistake.
EVERY single product was in bad shape, felt like plastic even though it was metal bad quality on everything and to little or to small objects.
I contacted their support and asked them how to return it and they replied to me that I just need to send it back, which I of course did since they were the one’s who told me to. Didn’t hear anything for maybe 2 months about the return, so Klarna (which I always pay with on the internet) began to ask me about return proof, which I didn’t have since I just sent I back to them. So now they told me that I have to pay for the stuffs which is about 2000kr (195dollars) for something I don’t even have?????
Honestly, screw this stupid company… telling everyone all of this so that you won’t make the same mistake as I did
