Mode Print Solutions 

NOT GOOD SERVICE- BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
We are an accounting firm and wanted a good phone line with VOIP in place so we can use phone from home during COVID-19. We signed an agreement on 12/11/2020 and MODE Solutions advised that it will take 4-6 week to setup. Now 11 weeks has passed and no sign of installation or setup. They keep changing dates. Whenever, we call to ask for delay in installation, we get rude customer service and no reply to the emails. Really frustrated with the company. We could find much cheaper option but choose to go Mode in anticipation that we will receive good service. But unfortunately this is not the case.

I found the team at Mode Print Solutions brilliant, from first of all taking the time to fully understand my company requirements for print.
Then making sure we had the right kit for what we needed rather than what we thought we needed. Which in the end saved us money on kit and printing costs.

We have been with Mode for a little while now and everything has gone brilliantly. The machines themselves are of excellent quality and all of our installs have gone ahead with next to no disruption to service. Certainly a huge improvement on our previous suppliers and we will more than happily use them again should we require anything else !!

I’ve used Mode print solutions for 5 years now and I would never go anywhere else. My account manager is amazing and always there to help. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend anyone enters an agreement with MODE. We had a 'reasonable' agreement in place however they got my colleague to sign an updated agreement and said in person "nothing would change". However things did change, and they have inflated their prices and we are stuck in a 5 year contract. They go on about how we wanted more colour option, etc and say it's our own fault we entered into this contract. We are an events company that has been hit badly by Covid-19. All they have offered us is a delay in payment terms. We don't even need the printers anymore and still have 3 years left of the contract! We are being reasonable and saying we will keep one but they are not willing to discuss it. The say a contract is a contract. However we have managed to negotiate different terms with hotels and office rental agreement - why can't they? MODE is not an ethical company, their decisions are made purely around profit and they prey on small to medium companies whom they can 'hoodwink' to sign dream contracts.

Expensive option for charities with a long contract term. There are better and cheaper options for small, medium and large charities which are a fraction of the cost this company charges.
