Excellent quality and service, was just perfect for my patio. Had it down since last summer, gave it a quick wash with the power hose and its back like new.

Rug is very pretty. Pile is very very low, so perfect for homes with pets or small children, as it is super easy to clean, but not your thing if you want a luxurious feeling under your feet. Obviously it doesn't look like a £2000 Persian rug, but it's great to lighten up a room. We bought it to change another (way more expansive) darker rug to get some light in the living room, and it's perfect.

If you value your time and honest people avoid this company at all cost.

I purchased from this company 'Modern Square Pattern Contemporary Designer Rugs' size: 133x190cm (4'3''x6'3'') on ebay. Shortly after purchase I received email saying 'last couple that we had in stock of this size have been found to have been damaged' and an offer to swap it for different size. Because that particular size was perfect for me I ended up with a refund and purchased the same rug, same size from Amazon 2 days later. Shortly after purchase my order was cancelled and refunded without any explanation, I quickly realized I purchased from the same company again.

Since I couldn't find that particular size anywhere else I purchased larger size of exactly the same rug from a different seller. When I received the rug I managed to find the manufacturer 'Ayyildiz' who has informed me that they don't manufacture size 133x190cm and never were.

To worn others buyers I left an honest negative feedback on ebay and amazon. Shortly after I was contacted by this company via email again and offered £250 to take down the negatives. When I turned it down I noticed that the seller commented on the negative feedback I left him on Amazon telling complete lies: "We are terribly sorry this was a mistake by us. Our system cancelled this in error but it has now been processed and sent you to with a little discount for the..."

What this seller is doing is offering a unique size that simply doesn't exist to gain advantage over competitors. Once he attracts buyers he lies to them to convince them to take a different size. Classic example of scam, so if you don't like scammers, stay away from this company.
