Quick turn round. Two to be delivered from placing my order. Delivery driver was very helpful and polite. Purchased a window and door which I am very happy with. I was missing the keys to the window but was sent out two replacements very promptly. Excellent service.

Modern windows are highly recommended- communications were excellent, through to delivery and help with a query on extra parts I needed. The windows are great quality and a great price- why pay more? I will be returning for future orders.

I found the order system clear and liked the fact it was easy to choose options such as different sizes of sill, or type of glass.
Doors seem very sturdy. The locking mechanisms are quite stiff at the moment, hopefully they will get better with use?

Great windows for the best prices I've found. Triple glazed windows for less than most charge for double.

Used modern UPVC before but only for smaller orders. This time I ordered over 20 windows and doors. I liked the fact that my order was looked at and there were a few things I had overlooked that were picked up and checked. Delivery was efficient and as advised. Will definitely be first port of call for the next project

Very impressed. Good comms throughout. Doors as described. Appear solid and well insulated. All square and went in easily. Quick delivery and a great driver - polite, calm and professional. Doors are heavy though, so be prepared to help with lifting.

The web site was easy to follow in helping me get the product that I needed. Even when I had a few more questions, a quick phone call to the office put me straight. The delivery went smoothly with the doors well packed and undamaged. The driver took great care in off loading and between us we moved the doors to the garage with ease. A couple of "glass packing pieces" were missing but a call to Jake and he sorted it out promptly. Quality of doors is "Top Drawer" and together with the price I have no problem with recommending Modern UPVC Windows.
