We ordered French doors and a window from Modern UPVC Windows, to install ourselves into a newly built studio. Delivery was prompt and items very securely packaged. Once installed one of the doors was not shutting easily and the bolts wouldn’t engage. After struggling for some time, trying various alterations I phoned the company to ask for advice. They could not have been more helpful. I was put through to the technical team who talked me through all the potential points of adjustment. Special shout out to Tim who patiently explained all the technical terms and exactly where the ‘roller bolts’ etc could be found and what they did! Quality doors and windows now installed, working perfectly and looking great. Customer service can be hit and miss these days, but this company are excellent.

I’ve ordered from Modern UPVC Windows 3 times and each time has been great, their website has loads of options, helpful guides and best of all - extremely good prices!

Their delivery is fantastic and the drivers are really nice people as well, really do take pride in their work.

Order process, very interesting, all options well explained as well as building regulations.
Order delivered on time with few bits missing, I had to give them a nudge to make them send the missing pieces, but no problem at all.
I ordered all windows and doors for my house , reasonable price, good quality.
Glass supplier could do their bit a bit better because the two panes which are sealed to make one glazing unit were different size by about 5 mm widthwise in 3 units. I was concerned and reported it, the glass was fittted anyway it seems to be OK.
Also the watermarks on the glass went wayward really, one on top, the other one on bottom, random locations on the same unit.
But to be fair if you don't pay too much attention to details it's OK.
Overall I can recommend it.

Very good quality windows at competitive prices, during install the beads were damaged but just a quick call and after measurements supplied replacements arrived few days later free of charge! Great customer service.

The windows were delivered on the day promised and were to the exact measurements given. We were very happy with the quality and intend to purchase more in due course.
We particularly liked the way staff helped with the measurements too.

Been going back and forth for weeks now complaining about a manufacturing defect. Burbage keeps insisting it's the installation at fault, not the defect. When photographic evidence shows the provided lock rail on the frame has been provided installed too high. Now I can't even latch my doors, no adjustment can fix this either.

Been told to heel and toe, yet it's already been done! Completely irresponsible company

For all those giving this scammy company 5*, try their aftersales support/warranty support. Then review this company :)

We’ve placed two orders with Modern UPVC Windows now to replace our front door and all the windows to the front of our house and we’re absolutely delighted with both the quality of the windows and the service we’ve received.

The whole process has been brilliant - from the ease of ordering, to excellent communication throughout, to the quality of the windows and fitting. I particularly want to say thanks to the two sets of fitters who were really professional and considerate and have done a great job.
