Poor costumer service!
After having been buying more expensive and high-quality furniture's from this shop we unfortunately have had a very disappointing experience. After a complaint on a tabletop having some scratches initiating from production, we have been turned down by the shop owner, offering us to buy a new table (again) for €2.500! I can only recommend not doing business with Modo Design S.r.l. in Ponsacco!
