When the MoX driver dropped me off last week, they damaged a block from my retaining wall and are now refusing to pay to replace the damaged block (text message attached). Will be filing a claim against the company with the Boone County Courthouse and with the state attorney general. It is unbelievable that they admit culpability but are now refusing to take responsibility for their actions.
First time using . Flying in from the UK. Found their web site hard to use. However their email responses where so quick to help . Maybe to add an easy button to add a passenger and details would improve website.

I didn't give a tip on the web site because I wanted to make sure driver received it personally. However I ask our driver and he said the company is a good company to work for and he does recieves all gratuities given by web site,
