I had recently rented a flat with Moginie James, with a very kind and caring agent, Zoe Pedersen. They are extremely friendly and helped me in each step, it was a great experience I’ve ever had.

I had a viewing of a property scheduled with Moginie James. As I couldn't come in person, they arranged it virtually for me via video call. Zoe called me on time and showed me the whole property in detail taking her time. It was all in all a very professional experience.

Zoe was excellent, professional and helpfully answered all questions.

Zoe Pedersen and Elli Mai Collins have been wonderful. From the date we went for viewing @ Birchgrove and completing references, we received excellent customer service from the team. They were polite, professional, and took time to explain everything clearly, which we really appreciated. Well done team🙂

They don't deserve even a one star ,shi*T company do not work with them ,do not rent any property with them or to them ,they're a scammers basically they gave us a property saying it's it's been refurbished,when we move in was all dusty as well as cobwebs,the kitchen was greasy had to spend all day sorting it out.At the end of our contract we left the house in almost pristine condition ,we just had some mold on the wall and rust in the wardrobes cuz the house didn't had good airflow ,so mold was coming occasionally back even though we were cleaning it constantly,they charged us 300£ for the rusty wardrobe rail and the mold which we couldn't stop preventing from happening.The shower room had crack tiles which led to mould developing at the back wall at the one of the room as it was next to it which we reported on time but...

As a landlord who has had negative experiences with past agents, working with the team at Moginie James - Cyncoed to was excellent. The team were supportive, clear and communicative throughout.

I had an excellent experience with this letting agency. From the very first contact they were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every question I had was answered clearly and quickly, and the whole process felt smooth and well-organised.

Elli was fantastic to work with over my 2 year stay in a Moginie James property. Lots and lots of communication and patience. Very understanding and always nice to me and other tenants. Honestly can't think of a better letting agent.

The Cyncoed team were professional, friendly and replied swiftly to texts, emails. Inevitably there are issues that emerge during the process but these were overcome. Zoe in particular impressed me as an individual at the start of her career. Whatever it is that MJ is doing as a company it is working! I am a landlord and seller client and the service offered means I won't be going anywhere else in future.

Had a wonderful experience with the company and was particularly well looked after by one of the agent's Elli, she was very quick with her responses and always professional and helpful even despite the fact we had decided to go with a different property she remained helpful and polite throughout, I highly recommend them

Elli and the rest of the MJ team could not have been more helpful when we let our house for the first time. From start to finish Elli was on hand to guide us through the whole process. Definitely recommend 🙂

Elli was extremely helpful in our process of finding a house, her response were very quick and efficient l, helped through every step of the way and made to keep us updated about everything. When you call the office they pick up the calls really quickly and make sure to direct you to exactly what you need. Marvellous service honestly
