Avoid any dealings with Mogilix and Longway

My experience with Mogilix was terrible. I made a mistake of buying Longway product through them. Longway product was of inferior quality and thereafter I had wasted lot of time between Mogilix and Longway and no resolution whatsoever other than their multiple requests to submit same information. Avoid these companies to save money by buying good product else where and save yourself from further harassment.

Fraud company

Fraud company. Don't place order with them. Though their return policy is clearly defined, but the process is very complicated. Policy says if you have received damaged/defective product it will be replaced or refunded, but they don't tell you that you have to prove that it is damaged by uploading the pics and then it is at their discretion to accept or reject. In case it is defective then you have to call the manufacturer and get a certificate from them, then call Moglix for a refund/replacement. Amazon/Flipkaert system is extremely easy. Also they are unable to deliver the product because their courier company ECOMEX has some OTP issues or the courier company refuses to deliver at door step. I WILL NEVER PLACE ORDER IN FUTURE. stay away from Moglix

Guys don't go for this Moglix App and website they are theif , scammer and un-educated people, do no how to speak with customer. Please stay away from this app . I purchased 2 Qty Fybros 1.5 ZHFR wire, but they send screen cloth and for 2.5 Fybros ZHFR they sended wrong cable type FR. i request return but they approved for one Qty, nearly 2000 Rs Loss without any reason . I call customer care more the 5 time .. no response... Don't purchase any product in this app.

I ordered a car washer on 23rd Feb 2021.Till this date it won't received.As per their commitment it will deliver within 4 to 5 days.Now my delivery date extended again and again.Worst delivery.I don't know what is the quality of product i received since delivery of the product yet happened.

Horrible and Pathetic Products.

Horrible and Pathetic Products.. They collect all used products and repack and send.. I had to exchange product thrice and every time the product quality is sad.. Please do not buy any product as you will end up exchanging.. If u want to customer service you have to spend an hour to reach them and they are not even helpful... Please buy product locally as this is much better than these online crappy products.

Strategy: Use fake prices to attract buyers, then do not respond.

Their strategy is very simple. Use an artificially low price to attract buyers, get them to buy, keep them waiting for weeks while a blurb on the product page that says "50 people bought this recently", then increase the price conveniently. None of the orders will get fulfilled. They will not respond to ANY emails sent to their "care" helpline email id, so you are simply forced to cancel the order.
It is 10 days since I placed order 3605578 for a Weller soldering station priced at "80%" discount. Guess what happened - I am still waiting. Delivery date gets pushed by a day each new day, no answers to emails, and when you call the message simply says "all our executives are busy" and the phone is cut.
Of course my money is safe since I just need to file a chargeback dispute with my credit card company.
Buyer beware. This is an absolute fraud.

Worst website to order

Worst website to order. They don't carry the product and takes weeks to buy and than package furthermore weeks to ship. That too wrong product! Their returns are worst nightmares were they ask so many pictures, documents and their own invoices and takes months to do the process.
