MOHD - Mollura Home Design Reviews 

I ordered 2 Gervasoni bedside tables in April from MOHD and they took payment and promised delivery. The items have never been delivered so I asked for a refund via email/ live chat / IG etc and they do not respond. It’s terrible generic emails saying they will investigate and get back to me - maybe Ai? - regardless - I have no products and no refund coming up to 4 months after paying and no idea when my money will be returned. Very dodgy website so I think if you can avoid it and buy elsewhere for more peace of mind!

I recently bought 2 Carl Hanson and Son MG501 Cuba chairs from MOHD and had them shipped from Italy to Oregon. Love the chairs, however UPS beat up the boxes in transit and one of the chairs sustained some damage. I filed a damage claim with MOHD and was quickly contacted by Oreste at MOHD. Oreste was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and professional in resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend MOHD, and I give my highest praises to Oreste.

Product appeared in stock but was not so had longer delay vs originally expected.

Pretty responsive once past AI botagent; took a couple of tries to get real person to answer. Once with real person, Marilena was very helpful and responsive, hence changing my original review to reflect good service from Marilena

Great Customer Support and great products

Unfortunately there was an error with my delivery. However, customer services were excellent in responding to me and addressing the issues.

The table came sooner than expected. Packaged well. I thought it was missing the top and received an answer back within hours that someone would check into it. The next morning they sent a photo with explanation that the top was in the bottom of the pallet. Love love my glass bubble table.

An issue that arose with a lamp component was resolved with utmost courtesy, professionalism, and expediency. MOHD (and especially Silvania) did their best to navigate between me (the customer) and the manufacturer. Everything was resolving extremely friendly and transparently in a fast manner to my full satisfaction. Thank you!

I purchased two Panthella Portable lamps from MOHD. Not only did it take nearly 3 months to fulfill the order, but the products were shipped from China without that being clearly disclosed during the purchasing process.

The pricing initially appeared lower than buying directly from Louis Poulsen or Design Within Reach in the U.S., but that turned out to be misleading. Just before delivery, DHL demanded an additional $220 in import duties and fees on a roughly €500 order, or they wouldn’t drop off. After factoring in these unexpected charges, the total cost was essentially the same as buying from an authorized U.S. retailer, with a much longer wait and far less transparency.

If you’re purchasing from MOHD to save money, be aware that significant import fees may apply and can eliminate any perceived savings.

MOHD was extremely responsive to my enquiries. Initially, they sent some items that were accidentally misrepresented on their product page. They immediately rectified the situation and sent me accurate products at no additional cost to me. I highly recommend MOHD!

Do not expect to receive your orders in the timeframes they give you. I ordered a bed frame at the beginning of March that said it would ship within 5-6 weeks. It took triple that time to receive it (15 weeks) and when I reached out to customer service about it numerous times, it would take days and days to hear back and they would assure me my order would be shipped in x amount of days and that would never actually end up being the case. I will never order from this place again given their arbitrary shipping timelines and poor customer service.

We ordered Artemide a Tolomeo Mega from them. And looked like arm was too weak for holding the light so we were not sure and I sent questions about it

After person we got Email from Fabio and then got smooth communication.

How Fabio handled was very satisfying.
And his response was fast and also nice too.

I really liked their website that sells all the designers furnishings even before when I ordered. But I realized this time Mohd is rate is bad don’t know why yet.
But I am glad Fabio handled our issue well.

I was helped by Roberta, who was very friendly and professional; she answered all my questions about a Flou bed. In the end, I placed the order and it arrived in perfect condition; the fitters were very professional too. The Flou New Bond in leather with motorised bed bases is absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely shop at this store again.

The customer service (Fabio) really went the extra mile for me. I received a damaged lamp but didn't "complain" quick enough as I was moving and wasn't able to unpack as I would have needed to do. Fabio really helped me and despite missing the proper timeline he was able to help. Greatly appreciated!

The customer service I received from MOHD, particularly from Silviana, was exceptional from start to finish. I received a lamp that stopped working after only a couple of months, and MOHD was outstanding in resolving the issue quickly and professionally.

Living in Australia, I was genuinely impressed by the level of support I received - better than what I've experienced from some local retailers. The communication, care, and commitment to finding a solution were faultless.

I was a big fan of MOHD: amazing selection, good pricing and a responsive customer service. Sadly, the quality of customer service has been deteriorating over the last several months. It has become difficult to get a response besides “holding emails” (we are busy but we’ll get back to you) or generic replies. I am a regular client but I hesitate to place further orders while communication is poor. In addition, I am not sure the website reflects true stock availability. I hope things improve.
