I made a little mistake during my purchase and they were super nice in fixing that, even though I did it in their holiday week (sorry!). My order arrived super on time even though one of the items was out of stock at the moment of my purchase, and everything is in perfect condition. Can totally recommend!
Great purchase experience! All products received in good order, I also got timely informed on the late delivery due to unavailability of one of the products so not to wait in vain (not an automated email, marketing dept took care of informing me).
In the end I had a problem with the payment processing with my bank and they have been of big help in getting it solved with their finance dept. Great products, sales service and perfect aftersales support!
Highly recommended!
