Comprehensive peace off mind
The dealer S Moore automatically included a 6 months warranty for which I I paid a supplement to extend the warranty by a further 6 months giving me hassle free driving or any major worries for the next year.
The warranty provider emailed direct and offered a discounted rate to have a further 12 months giving 2 years warranty.
Confidently pleased with how seamless it was to work with both companies thank you.

Peace of mind.
Ross was great. He was knowledgeable and easy to understand. The whole process took 5 minutes to complete. The price he quoted was much lower than I expected and took no time at all for payment to process. I now have complete piece of mind for the next 18 months. Perfect.

Very impressed with the customer service given by this company especially with Steve Wallace who I dealt with. Having not thankfully had the need to use the warranty so can't make comment on this side, however, I have opted to take extended warranty for peace of mind and I'm fully covered should I ever need it. I am happy with price for what the extended cover covers.

My warranty was coming to an end
My warranty was coming to an end, thankfully Ross from momentum keeps in touch with me and reminds me when it's about to stop. I did have the suspension changed on the car but forgot about the warranty so paid cash. Stupid me. However, I will get the car checked out and sorted if need be. Ross is polite, understanding and great to deal with. Thank you.

My experience with Momentum Warranties…
My experience with Momentum Warranties has been absolutely disgraceful. I genuinely regret paying for this warranty.
It seems that whenever there is a mechanical problem, they can conveniently put it down to “wear and tear” and avoid taking responsibility for the repair. In my case, even though the vehicle suffered a sudden mechanical failure on the road, the response still came back to wear and tear.
So I seriously question: what exactly are customers paying a warranty for?
You pay your money believing you have protection and peace of mind if something unexpectedly goes wrong with your vehicle. Then, when you actually need that protection, you discover just how easy it appears to be for a failure to be placed under an exclusion.
I have provided explanations, mechanic information and evidence, yet I still feel that the focus has been on finding a reason to reject the claim rather than properly supporting a paying customer.
For me, that is absolutely shameful.
A warranty should give customers confidence. My experience with Momentum has done exactly the opposite. I have been left frustrated, out of pocket and questioning what value this warranty actually provided me.
I personally feel like I wasted my money, and if I had known beforehand that my claim would be handled this way, I would never have purchased the warranty.
Anyone thinking about buying a Momentum Warranty should READ THE TERMS, EXCLUSIONS AND ESPECIALLY THE “WEAR AND TEAR” WORDING VERY CAREFULLY before handing over your money.
Based on my experience, I would NEVER use this company again and certainly would not recommend them to friends, family or other motorists.
Momentum Warranties should seriously reconsider how they treat customers when they actually need to make a claim.

Highly recommended momentum, whenever I’ve had an issue with my car it has been sorted promptly and momentum have always been great. Steve called me for my renewal and sorted out my second car discount which was a brilliant price for another years cover.
