My favorite website to book flights on. Done for 10+ years, great prices and nice UI :D

This company partners with scumbags who try to rip you off after you initiate a payment. JUSTAIRTICKET, an affiliate of momondo, called me back to confirm my flights telling me the price had changed. I asked them for a cancellation and refund. The agent called me childish and then told me I "needed to grow up" if I wanted a refund. I immediately stopped payment with my credit card company... THEY TRY TO KEEP YOU ON THE PHONE LONG ENOUGH FOR THE PAYMENT TO CLEAR! Boycott this company, leave a bad review on every site you can, tell your friends, and do not fall for this scam!

they are cheat the people with insufficient and hiding the information.

I like the interface and filters for easily finding well priced flights. Sadly they link you to dubious third party seller sites, instead of directly to the airlines page. Beware! SO use it to find the flights you want and then open a new page and get them on the airlines website.

I get emails from people that do not respond. Horrible company!!

I booked 3 tickets on this site 2 months before heading on a Caribbean cruise. Thank God I decided to travel the day before. Got to the airport, there was no tickets for me and my 2, boys (the airline said the tickets were cancelled).
So I had to spend an additional $2,000 that morning to fly out in order to catch my cruise. I will NEVER use this site again! O and I never got refunded.

I asked could I have a plate of veggies for my dinner. Waitress said I’ll just ask the chef. She came back saying I can have each veggie as a side dish but not on the same plate. She said it would cost $12 per serve. So, roast potatoes, roast carrots, broccoli and pumpkin was going to cost me $48.00. How crappy must the chef be if he can’t cook a few vegetables on a plate. Very annoyed and disappointed.

Really disappointed with Skyscanner After an really bad experience with DMR car rental
In Turkey (not booked through Momondo) I spent a considerable amount of time letting companies that listed DMR cars know they rip people off by not returning deposits. This can be evidenced by the reviews on Trustpilot . Despite presenting Momondo with lots of evidence from multiple customers they were really not interested . I guess customers really don’t matter to this company .

I looked at their site for car rentals in Spain. The site had some good prices but had glitches to use. The reviews here do not inspire confidence. I would suggest that users pass on using it.

STAY AWAY! This website is a scam. You will book a reservation only to be informed 24 hours later that the reservation is no longer available. When I protested, I was instructed to clear my browsing history/cache to get the most update flight prices. I tried to book my reservation again (different flights this time as the ones I originally booked were predictably no longer listed on the website). My reservation was confirmed. Once again, they called me to tell me the flight prices were expired. I have wasted too much time with this worthless website, and the airline prices have increased significantly, so I will be paying at least $200 more than I would have had I booked it on the first day I tried. Momondo offered to rebook me on another airline WITH DIFFERENT DATES. I strongly suggest you stay away from this corrupt company.

It used to be good.
Good results are often full with no longer valid/expired schedules, broken links, server errors etc.
partnerships with AirEuropa and Flysmarter simply show broken links!

I have 2 bank charges on my account £19.90 x 2 yet after contacting the company they are telling me they haven't taken any money. Just appalling

First I rated 35 hotels they paid £16
Next they,asked me to deposit £50
I could remove £15 after ratings. Then a,luxury package come on site and says your assets is negative I paid £60 then started to rate in hope of rating 35 to remove my money but after a few clicks again my assets went negative again asked me to pay £98 and promised that I can withdraw all my money with benefit ..when I payed this then after 5 clicks on ratings on hotels again my assets got negative ...so I stopped I am sure they are not in London...everything is fake and scams
In total I was ripped off £200

I was contacted on WhatsApp by someone from Manpower offering me a job, then they forwarded me to an agent who explained what the job is like, rating hotels on a platform (35 tasks). On the third day, they started giving me luxury packages which I had to pay to get my compensation, I could not afford to pay all of them so they made me pay insurance so the merchant could cover any future luxury, and then they locked my password to make me pay for a reset and verification. I spent all this and now they are asking me to pay another fee to renew my subscription as it's gone inactive as they haven't responded for more than two weeks. Unfortunately, I've lost lots of money as they are very well-trained fraudsters. I reported it to Action Fraud but they didn't even make the effort to call me or investigate, absolutely useless. CEL Solicitors are trying to get something from the bank if they agree to pay compensation, fingers crossed. It is really disappointing that you have been a victim of fraud and the police could not do anything.

Horrible. Captcha after captcha after captcha. What are they thinking? Customers won't mind that? No one to write to, no one to call, just another stupid FAX/bot. I'd rather swim.

I actually think the service it self is great. The problem is that "travel agencies" they work with. They are basically scam companies. I recently got stuck in China and was offered no alternative flights home. And the "customer service" from Travellink is an AI chat robot, that couldn't help. It refers to the Air Line Company - which then again refers back to the "travel agency". Later, I finally got a phone number from the Travellink company, but it's an Indian call center you get stuck in for hours. They ask for your information, then forward you to another emplyee who then asks for the same again. That process repeats. So I ended up having to buy new tickets back home and never saw refund of the cancelled flights. So the fact that Momondo choose to work with - and promote - these companies makes Momondo itself a scam company in my eyes. My booking reference: 12050767269

This company is a scam. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Please I need help on how to get my money back. My £300 in on hold they refused to release my money because they said I need to add £579 to be able to compete the 35 rating.
