Didn't get money back

Please, do not believe in easy returns...i got email with 2 certificates after i made first 2 returns. I wanted simply my money back and i wrote to service team. I got answer, na clar, you can get money back and got a half. Wrote second time, no answer.
They lost my payed order and i can not get a clear answer 3d week...never more

So far i am so impressed with ubup and…

So far i am so impressed with ubup and their selection of clothing! And everything that i have bought from them has been in great condition. Their service is also great and they comunicate through emails every step of the process which i really like because i feel informed.
