Good choice, purchase easy, returns and refunds excellent, be careful with sizes, I now check internet for size guides. Quality so far super good. Would be good to have measurements, fewer returns.

2 packages ordered but never arrived.DHL driver said that he could not deliver.At the minute of "supposed arrival of DHL"I was at home looking out of window and waiting.No DHL car was at my adress:Schwabe str 24, 99423.I was calling right away DHL...they could not help me.I called ubup on monday morning this week...cause I really wanted to have that specific order.Even tough the person I was calling was polite, had no will to try to do something in this direction.So...yeah, really bad experience!!!

DHL failed to deliver because of wrong…
DHL failed to deliver because of wrong address, which is strange since the four previous items of UBUP were delivered without any problem.
Response to my questions to customer support were late and inadequate. I did not get a clear response about what happened to the items I ordered.
Finally I received a message in which I was told that I would not get my money back, only a voucher. In addition the transportion costs were not refunded, although I never received the item.
I had to make a phone call to Berlin to correct this.
ADVICE: never order anything in the month december.
