Don't fall for this scam
1 star is too high a score. Ordered two polo shirts and received two polo shirts where labels had been cut out roughly, making them unwearable as the neck was then scratchy - even if they had been the right size. 20+ emails produced nothing but a 50% discount on further purchase and a refund form requiring multiple photos of everything from pictures of the items to pics of external and internal packaging - and when you do try and submit it won't accept the upload. Complaints generate nothing but repeat computer generated standard responses and cease responding at all after a while. Trading Standards need to take action against this online scam. Don't fall for their false claims.

I wouldn't even give Monarch Wear 1 star. Appalling products, horrendous if you try to get a refund from them - they will not refund you despite what they advertise on their website. They are absolute scammers. Eventually got money back from my bank as otherwise would have been £105 out of pocket because of their faulty products (mens polo shirts) as raised a fraudulent claim via my UK bank. DO NOT order from Monarch Wear who also advertise their products via another website too so be wary.

Beware of any dealing with this company! I responded to an advert on Google and, most unlike me, did not do any research into the company before parting with my money. Had I seen the reviews I would not have gone near. My experience is exactly the same as others. I ordered two Polo Shirts XL. When they eventually arrived from overseas they were far too small and the labels had been roughly cut out. I immediately asked to return them for a full refund. After several emails trying to persuade me to spend more with them I receive a mandatory form to complete with 43 photographs to be attached. I am not sure that I am going to bother to complete the form because I know that I will never receive my money back. They are NOT a UK company so we are not protected by the Consumer Credit Act. I will try a Credit Card charge back.

I asked for a refund. They made me fill in a form with FORTY pictures of the item plus a PowerPoint presentation that were mandatory fields. I have NOT received my refund and I am sure I will have to fight them to the death before they return my £34.90

Ordered 4 polo shirts size XL on a promotion. When delivered they were poorly packaged and the size was adequate for a 10 year old at best. Contacted them for refund several times and each time they made you jump through more hoops. A 69 QUESTION Returns form with 35 file attachments was then sent out with questions you couldn't answer satisfactorily to recieve a refund plus a return postage to CHINA payable by myself. Absolute disgrace taking hard earned cash. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Order No 7776. Ordered what I thought was a pale blue WOOL Jaket costing £44.90 JDW101013592508 on 3rd March. 9 days later I received a badly constructed 95% 5% cotton jacket which has no shape whatsover and a hood. My first reaction is that they have sent the wrong item. Contacted them immediately. It would appear that this Company's policy is to just let you keep this piece of tat and offer a 50% reduction on any further purchases. Declined this offer. Have not received a reply to date, despite chasing. WELL AND TRULY SCAMMED.
