Worst service to use ever! They literally charge for a service that is NOT WORKING!!!! Since june 2025 I have been. struggling with Mondido payment service and IT DIDN'T WORK. I contacted them several times, and they couldn't help.They only help via email. I asked them for a video call for help, they booked and never showed up to the meeting.

What. sucks the most is they keep taking fees for something that is not working something they "trying" to fix. Why taking payment for something that's not working, for something you own. but can'ät even make work!!!

They are scammers who don't know about there work! They are super useless! Selling a service that is not working, that they cant help or make work.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend them. Go look for something better and save your time and money.

Mondido have built a really strong product that reflects their enthusiasm for great customer experiences.

We’ve been working with them to support the B2B term payment functionality for years. They’ve always been willing to work collaboratively to overcome issues for the customer.

Avoid! After opening free account where you are not being presented any prices, You are getting invoices for 500sek (50 euro) every month even if you are not using their service.
This is our terrible experience in detials.
In our webshop we installed Mondido as a plug to have swish as a payment method. We made a test swish payment for 10 sek (1 euro) to verify if this is working. Mondido send us invoice for 500 sek as they have minimum invoice fee of 450 sek excluding VAT...

I reported this to them and asked for explanation, they mentioned that opening account if free but when we use it it has cost of minium 450 sek per month + % from each transaction. When I said where was it visible when opening account, they mentioned it is not visible when opening but it is written in their policies under prices and terms.

I as a business owner feel misled and used. I would never recommand this brand again to anyone
