Michael always does a fantastic job taking care and attention throughout. Both Michael and his team are friendly, professional and always make you feel very welcome and the saloon is always kept clean and tidy. A pleasure being there in a family run hairdressers. I use the hairdressing side and the men in the household use the Barber side. We have been going there for the last 5 years or so and have no intentions to look elsewhere.

Please note this is not a comment on the stylists. However, I did not receive a refund of the deposit I paid despite giving the salon almost 48 hours' notice - plus an apology - that I needed to cancel an appointment. I did not even receive an acknowledgment of my request. Poor customer service is the reason that I shall not be returning.

I am a regular customer at Monello's and it's a great place to go if you need to cut your hair. From my experience, I received lot of accuracy into everything, from trimmings to powdering. It took about 20 minutes, and the staff are always up for a conversation. Thanks for the new trim guys :).

Excellent customer service, kind and welcoming, you feel relaxed and spoilt at the same time. Experienced hair stylists who will give you exactly the look you want. I have now become a regular and will go no where else.
