Virtual card new customers didn’t work
I created an account in the UK zone. I topped up my account, but my virtual card isn't working. The cards don't have 3DSecure, even though their website says everything works. I contacted support, and they're playing their customers for fools, insisting everything works perfectly. I explained that every time I pay with a virtual card, 3DSecure verification fails, and they don't listen to anyone or even check anything. I'm giving a negative rating solely because of this. I created an account 7 days ago but haven't been able to use it, but they charged me for the plan without any problems.

unfair and unclear fees
There are unfair and unclear fees, such as an account inactivity fee. As soon as you deposit any money into the account, they will take away and charge you whatever fee they have calculated without prior warning
