Great boxing coach

Great coach! Thanks to Chris Elombo, I can do sparring with men twice my size. Looking forward to my first fight. Thank you Chris Elombo and Moninga’s lab!

Train with the Brain

I've been training with Chris Moninga on-and-off for over two years. My fitness journey started before Chris, I met trainers who had worked with Olympians and trainers that claimed to change your body in 12 weeks.

Chris Moninga was the first trainer to listen to me. I wanted to feel better, so we started Martial Arts training and fitness training. I have lost lots of weight, I'm the healthiest I've physically been but what's been amazing is my love for martial arts. Which has contributed to better mental health, better self-esteem and feeling better about myself.

Chris has endless amounts of enthusiasm, teaches you to teach yourself and is a wonderful man to spend time with.

I would highly recommend Chris as a trainer, instructor for classes and as a coach.

Thank you Chris Moninga.

A happy and grateful student.

Christian Elombo (Chris Moninga) ended…

Christian Elombo (Moninga) ended up scamming my very sick father. He pretended to have certificates he did not have in the end and promised my father (post-stroke patient) some treatments during few weeks, which he did not fully deliver and the sessions he gave my father were not appropriate. I trusted him fully and paid him upfront (as he desperately needed the money), but he did not deliver the sessions. He and one of his family members promised that he would give me the money he owed us back, but that never happened. He owes my father a lot of money! I personally trained with him a few times and I ended up with an injury after one of his training. Very bad experience with this person!

Amazing personal trainer

I highly recommend Chris Moninga. I have been training with Chris for a few months and I can see significant improvement in my fitness levels. But most importantly, my back pains are gone. Great trainer and fun sessions so much so 1 hour feels like 10 minutes!
