Very sad experience
Good day.
I was very excited with the possibility to purchase on Monnier web page. Unfortunatelly, my experience was very unpleasant.
I placed an order, payment was proceed and I received the confirmation by mail.
Right after that I received a cancellation email mentioning that the item I ordered was the last one and with some problems.
I was upset (by the way you still have this item available on your web page of monnier ww).
But I tried to place another order (same address, same payment method) and I was not allowed because mt actions were suspected like a FRAUD!
I tried other card and even other address - nothing helped. No explanation provided.
It was more disappointing because first time money was taken quickly.
I wrote to helpdesk and they asked for my ID and other information. All info was provided and then they just answered "sorry try again". I did and result was the same.
Next day I was informed by my bank that transaction was confirmed. This was really bad news, because the transaction should be denied after order cancellation.
For today I received less money back after refund because of currency exchange.
So I have no delivery, treated like a fraud and lost some money.
This was my experience, unfortunatelly.

Purhase full of defects
I purchased an Alexander McQueen bag. This leather bag arrived smelling and feeling like plastic and is full of defeats including misaligned panels and visible glue. I immediately emailed customer service to inquire about a return but have not heard back yet. Do not purchase from this shop. Their quality control is obviously non existent.
Edit: In reply to Monnier on my rating, I already tried calling customer service several times and never got an answer and I already emailed photos of the product to your useless customer service which was ignored before I posted rating here. I have contacted my bank who will be handling this issue directly with you.

I ordered a bag from Monnier Paris in 2020, and now while I was trying to resell the bag, Entrupy did an authentication check and found out that it’s a fake bag. I contacted Monnier Paris two months ago and they’re ignoring all of my messages. Don’t recommend purchasing from this company!

Overall good experience
I was very hesitant to order from this site but overall had a good experience. I ordered a Coach bag and immediately received confirmation and tracking info a few days later. Bag was shipped through DHL and they sent emails with order updates frequently. Shipping was pretty fast and I received my bag in less than a week. Packaging was good too. No complaints and I’m very happy with my bag.
