Terrible scam, money was taken but no email, notifications or goods ever arrived. They do not reply to emails so you cannot chase your order. I wonder why the authorities cannot find them and prosecute the people that scam our hard earned money from us.

Could kick myself for not checking out these reviews beforehand!
If something seems too good to be true - guess what - it probably is.
The fact that the website contains several spelling mistakes, the size guide does not work and they offer a 'lucky' discount at checkout should have rung several loud warning bells!! Tsk.

Dreadful scam site, Monsoon know nothing about them they take your money and never send the goods - BEWARE!!!!!!!?

How do you get your money back ordered Tuesday 30th November 2021, any response would be appreciated

Scam website. Monsoon don't have an online outlet. Luckily, through persistence with PayPal, I've received my money back. Site reported to action fraud & trading standards. DO NOT USE

Do not order from here.Totally fake. Copy of monsoon website, they take your money and then send you a pair of sunglasses. Now past to fraud department of my credit card company.

Same as others have posted here. Ordered a dress -got fake Ray Bans. Even though it says free returns there is no returns label and their ‘customer service’ refuse to pay for the return. Offered me a 35% refund or an exchange- I can’t have the dress I ordered as conveniently it is out of stock. Have referred this to my credit card company.

I too was suspicious and to my cost realised it was a scam shortly after ordering and reading these reviews.I was refunded via my credit card company but my card was used fraudently at the same time, either by a member of the company or through their insecure payment processing.As suspected, i received a cheap mens t shirt today, why they even bother to send anything is a mystery.I too was assured by monsoon that it was a scam company, I hope other would be buyers read these reviews.

Hook, line and sinker. I don't usually fall for fake websites but this one got me. Do not buy from here!!! I tried to buy some flower girl dresses last night which didn't go through. Then this morning I had transactions attempted from my bank account. Luckily my banking app asked me to approve them before the funds went out and I declined them. I've had to order a new bank card as they know my details now.

It is completely fraud. I have used two of my cards for payment and declined. Next day, money was continually stolen from both of them for several transactions. It ended up by replacing my cards.

Scam ordered a dress, received fake rayban sunglasses do not order

I ordered 4 dresses for my daughter's wedding from Monsoon Outlet - instead I received a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses.
My e-mails have bounced back.
I contacted Monsoon to see if they could give me any contact details and they told me that they are not affiliated with any online outlet stores and we would only advise to order on our official websites.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM MONSOON OUTLET AS THIS IS A SCAM.

Definite Scam , at the time of my purchase I paid through PayPal as I was suspicious but needed a bridesmaid dress that they were selling ( they use all Monsoon marketing and photos ) so thought I’d give it a go as the real monsoon no longer had any in stock .
I received an invoice and after about a week I received a tracking number but it was invalid with every delivery service I tried .
I did receive emails back from them but very elusive and saying they were checking the status of my order and please do not worry !
Then my account details with them became invalid so I had to reset ALL my paypal and email settings in case they tried to access them.
Eventually I emailed to say I was starting a complaint and refund through PayPal , again I heard nothing but PayPal did recognise that it was a fake site and refunded my money .I notice now that they do not accept PayPal .
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE -IT IS FAKE AND A SCAM AND COULD POSSIBLY LEAD TO DATA THEFT AND/OR FRAUDULENT ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT .

This may look like a genuine site, right down to the Monsoon logo. But it is a FAKE WEBSITE .
I bought 2 coats total £96 (with free shipping). I was charged to my card £104.22 + foreign exchange fee of £3.12 (alarm bells, I live in the uk and Monsoon is UK based!)
Shipping said 3-5 days. After not even receiving an emails to give a tracking number after 7 days I began trying to contact them. All emails sent received no reply. Then I contact Monsoon, who did reply. They do not have an outlet website, but have heard that a scam website may be up and running. PLEASE do not be fooled as I was in how real and genuine it looks. They got £107.34 from me and perhaps many others have been duped too.
