Rude Staff- Avoid at all costs

Avoid this place at all costs. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I won’t be back that’s for sure.

Hello Ade,. I'm sorry you've had a bad experience at our store. I saw your review just pop up less than 30 minutes ago. All the staff are in just now, there's only 4 of us and we are all very puzzled by this review. It really dosnt sound like us at all, we are generally a very chilled out polite bunch of folk. I cant remember any such issues or possible situations that might remotely come close to prompting someone to write such a review. Can I clarify that you definitely have the correct business please, as there are a few other similarly named business's within the bike industry that I really hope you have us confused with. If it really is ourselves ( Monsterbike , Inverness ) can you please elaborate and I will get to the bottom or at least try of why you had this experience ). professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, reliable, Honest.

Well, what can I say, professional, helpful, courteous, and above all knowledgable, reliable, and Honest. I was recommended to this company but first made the mistake of contacting MTB Monster a bike shop in Blackburn who in my opinion added a few letters and road in on the professionalism of the true Monsterbike shop who were the originals.
That company nearly put me off electric bikes for life.

But thanks to Dan and his team navigating me through this minefield of E-MTBs I now have my perfect bike. Seventeen phone calls from me and about a million questions Dan and the team were amazing, answering everything and offering suggestions which eventually resulted in me purchasing the perfect bike for me. I love it, thank you so much guys, its amazing 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
